Applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. We expect this workshop to fill quickly, so do not delay in applying. You can register and pay online using a credit card through a secure server. If you do not wish to pay with a credit card you should contact Christy Edwards directly at edwardcl@colorado.edu, 720 974-5824.

Please also note that the registration fee structure is based on the date that we receive your payment.

Included in the registration fee are the receptions during the poster and showcase evening sessions. Conference materials (including a source book and bio book containing brief biographies of workshop participants), continental breakfasts, and luncheons are also provided.

Venue and Accommodations

The Workshop will be held at the Boulder Broker Inn. A block of rooms has been set aside for workshop participants. Rooms must be reserved by April 7. Please make your reservations with the hotel directly at 303-444-3330 or 1-800-338-5407. The block of rooms will be released after April 7, so you must reserve by then to receive the workshop rate.

Workshop participants should make every effort to arrive on Saturday, April 24, as the workshop begins promptly on Sunday morning. Workshop only participants should depart from DIA no earlier than 3pm on Wednesday. Those staying for the symposium should plan to depart on Friday. Denver International Airport recommends that you arrive two hours prior to your departure time, and the airport is about an hour's drive from the hotel.

Transportation

If arriving from out-of-state, consult your travel agent to fly into Denver International Airport (DIA), an hour's drive from Boulder. One-hour shuttle service to Boulder from Denver International Airport is available for about $25.00 each way on Super Shuttleor Boulder Express.
